Superb Service

I have been chartering in the BVI since 2008 and I have only chartered from one company; BVI YC. The simple reason for that is Superb Service. Our charter started out a bit difficult because of airlines and baggage handling. The staff at BVI YC understood and went the extra mile to arrange for baggage delivery by Big Mike the cab driver. The BVI YC staff gave great advice and paid attention to the details to make sure my bags were delivered after we had set sail. Additionally, the staff provided great advice and service for us to arrange the required COVID tests for all crew to return home. This is the type of service you can always expect from BVI YC, which is why I have been a return customer for multiple adventures. As usual, the boat was ready to go for us upon our arrival; clean and in good condition. Everything worked well and the required pre-departure briefings were thorough. This makes getting underway with a mostly rookie crew easy on the captain. Upon return to base the dock crew were quick to come out to the boat and take control for the tricky entrance to the fuel dock. That service even allows the captain time to start packing. I have recommended BVI YC to multiple people and no one has ever had a bad experience. I will continue to recommend BVI YC in the future to all who ask. It is the only charter company I will charter from in the BVIs.
