Extremely positive experience with BVI Charters. The front office was very efficient in setting up our charter, answering all of our questions and processing all the paper work and following up with us through the months before we arrived. We were also very impressed with the dock crew and the yacht support team. Very professional. When we arrived the boat was ready and waiting. It was very clean and ready to sail. We were immediately given a thorough briefing, slept on the boat the first night and took off early the next morning for a great week of sailing. Any questions we had were quickly answered by using the cell phone provided by BVIYC. We highly recommend this company and plan to use them again.
