1. THE DOVE
The Dove Restaurant and winebar is housed in a historic West Indian Cottage, located on the old Main Street in Road Town. They recently reopened and is managed by the same people who own CocoMaya on Virgin Gorda, and therefor offer the same quality in food and drinks.
Executive Chef Lee Cowie makes sure that each dish is developed with passion and attention to the detail and also looks stunning. Their modern fusion menu features the best local ingredients that can be sourced. The Dove also has the largest wine list in the BVI, stored in a special temperature-controlled room.
Glen is an amazing mixologist behind the bar and his cocktail menu changes seasonally as well and features the freshest ingredients.
The Dove has an intimate air-conditioned dining room or you can have lunch or a cocktail on their open-air patio. Reservations highly suggested for dinner. – The Dove is open Monday to Friday 12PM-10PM for lunch, happy hour drinks/bar snacks and dinner in the evening.

2. BRANDYWINE ESTATE RESTAURANT
Brandywine Estate Restaurant is hidden up a little road surrounded by breathtaking views of the crystal waters. Brandywine sits proudly on the top spot The property’s unique location above Brandywine Bay offering cool trade wind breezes has astonishing 160° vistas, overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Channel, and islands Ginger, Cooper, Salt, Peter, and Norman – the perfect spot for a pre-dinner cocktail.
It has the perfect combination of beautiful food, outstanding atmosphere and view; the members of staff were also so so friendly. Regis and Claudine Bourdon—head chef and manager—are a charismatic couple of culinary enthusiasts, as passionate about their food as they are to please their customers.

3. THE SUGAR MILL
The Sugar Mill Hotel & Restaurant is tucked away into the jungle along beautiful Apple Bay. The verdant scenery overlooking the azure sea is a perfect background for couples and honeymooners. The restaurant is actually in a restored sugar mill, and the shade from the trees falling on the old building give this place its romantic magic. The Sugar Mill Restaurant is set in the Rum House of the old Sugar Mill Estate.
Two dining rooms make up the Sugar Mill Restaurant The Terrace and the Rum House itself. Once sugar cane was boiled here to make rum, and pieces of the old equipment and iron boiling pots are still on view. But now the emphasis is on memorable food, fine wine and a wonderful ambiance.
At solid polished redwood tables decorated with the finest modern English china and surrounded by the 400 year old stone walls, lit mainly by candles, you will be served by our friendly and knowledgeable staff, many of whom have been here for many years. Local produce features strongly on our menus.
Lobsters, conch and local fresh caught fish are complimented by succulent steaks, crispy pork bellies and coconut encrusted chicken breast. Not forgetting some spicy Caribbean specialities and a vegetarian selection.
At the end of the secluded beach on the other side of the road, you will find Tramonti, also part of the Sugar Mill Hotel. Tramonti is an European /Mediterranean themed, right on the water, beach restaurant.
The Sugar Mill Restaurant is open seven nights a week for dinner. 7 – 9.30 pm. Tramonti is open Mon- Sauturday for lunch 12.00-2.30. Weds – Saturday for dinner 6-9pm. Sunday for Brunch 9.00 am -4.00 pm
