We spent 2 months chartering with BVI Yacht Charters. Our experience was outstanding. We needed to re-provision in Road town. Abbey gave us the best customer service we have ever had. A crew met us in the lagoon, refilled our fuel so we wouldn't have to worry. We were taken to a dock space to go shopping. Meeting us there was Daisy who asked for our laundry , Ferdie who asked if we had any problems or questions, and when I got back to the boat I was going to fill the water tanks, but they already did it when we were shopping. What a complete opposite from the largest charter company who makes you feel you are imposing on them.
