This was my first time chartering a boat. BVI made it very easy and streamlined. The online boat checkout was very detailed and was able to be completed before leaving for the trip. They called the provisioning company for me when the boat was ready to receive. No issues with the boat during the charter, I did not have to contact them during the trip for assistance. The boat was beautiful and well maintained. Checking the boat back in at the end was equally simple and thorough, although sad that it was over. I will definitely use them again, perhaps for longer, as one week is not long enough.
